  • Signed Contract / Rules & Regulations

  • Signed Model Release
    — Please print and fill out the following document: ModelRelease. | Example
        
     
  • Signed 2257 Compliance Form
    — Please print and fill out the following document: 2257Compliance. | Example
    — Can be either mailed or e-mailed.
     
  • Proof of broadband connection
    — A copy of your contract or monthly bill (DSL, Cable Modem, or better)
        — Approx. 128k upstream per simultaneous connection (512k for 5 connections) minimum.
             For better quality video more bandwidth is recommended.
     
  • Two forms of identification in color
    — At least one form of I.D. MUST have a picture and birthdate.
    — All foreign models need to submit a passport,U.S. and Canadian citizens please submit a valid Driver's License.
    — If emailed, must be in the form of .GIF, .JPG, .BMP.
     
  • At least one picture of yourself
    — Photo must include your face (no hardcore shots).
    — This image will be used to promote your live shows. Image must be larger than 150x150 pixels.
    — If emailed, must be in the form of .GIF, .JPG, .BMP.
     
  • Unique Model Alias and Password
    — Used to promote your live shows. Letters & numbers ONLY (ten character max, no spaces)

    In order to process your model application as soon as possible,
    please upload all required documents on the same day.

    Only 1 model per stream unless stream is designated as a girl/girl, girl/guy, guy/guy stream.
